Description
Schlatter industrial mesh systems are used for the production of dimensionally accurate meshwork for a wide variety of applications. Industrial mesh may be used to produce shop-, exhibition- and warehouse equipment as well as trays for domestic appliances.
Flat meshes used as gratings, baskets or cages are typical products made out of industrial mesh. Also, shopping carts, shopping baskets, goods displays, shelves and trays in refrigerators, stoves and dishwashers are typical products using industrial mesh.
For producing round or three-dimensional mesh products, we offer our System welding machine.
Features
1. Line wires are fed from coils automatically and through straightened setting rollers.
2. Cross wires should be pre-cut, then fed by cross wire feeder automatically.
3. The raw material is round wire or ribbed wire (rebar).
4. Equipped with water cooling system.
5. Panasonic servo motor to control mesh pulling, high precision mesh.
6. Imported Igus brand cable carrier, not hung down.
7. Main motor&reducer connect with the principal axis directly. (Patent technology)
Applications
anti-climbing fence machine is applied to weld 3510 anti-climbing mesh and 358 anti-climbing fence, compare with normal fence, it saves half cost; compare with the chain link fence, it saves one-third cost.
Machine Structure
Line Wire feeding device: two sets of wire feeding device; one is driven by the converter motor for sending the wires to the wire accumulator, another is driven by the servo motor for sending the wires to the welding part. Both of them can help welding pitch precisely.
Mesh welding machine: according to the wire welding pitch, the machine can adjust upper cylinders and electrodes. Adjustable of each welding point and current, which are controlled by thyristor and micro-computer timer for the most proper electrode stroke and perfect use of electrode dies.
Cross wire feeding: automatic cross wire loading carriage with single wire hopper for sorting, positioning and ejecting straightened and cut to length cross wires. Operator sends the pre-cut wires into the carriage by crane.
Controlling system: adopt P.L.C with colored interface windows. All parameters of the system are set on the screen. Fault diagnostic system with picture indication for fast removing of machine’s stops. Linking with P.L.C, the working process and fault messages will be graphical presented.
